California native Toni Blackburn was born and raised in Vacaville, but her husband’s service in the U.S. Army took them to every corner of the country. After the Army, they settled in Lathrop to raise their family amongst their own in the only true home Toni has ever known. In 2006, Toni’s vast experience in uprooting and resettling her family drew her to a career in real estate. She is uniquely equipped to not only help a range of homebuyers but also to help them put down roots in new ground. Having entered the real estate field with a focus on new home builds, Toni is well versed in the minutiae of purchasing new construction from a builder and astute in leading her clients through contracts that can be tricky and overwhelming. Her military background affords her an empathetic spirit toward anyone experiencing similar uprooting, families navigating the waters of military relocation, and veteran home buyers and sellers. Toni sincerely believes that a real estate agent is poised to be a guide for an entire family unit, and she feels honored by that opportunity. As a mother of four children, she understands that home buying and selling affects every member of your household and that finding roots is as important for parents as it is for toddlers. She knows that great school systems and work commutes are as integral as finding a community in which to thrive. And Toni’s committed to seeing you thrive.
